Dr. Feig is a Board-certified internist and nephrologist who, prior to his present role as president of PF Pharmaceutical Development, LLC (Pfarma) and member of Pharmaceutical Development Initiatives, LLC (PDI), has spent 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as a Vice-President for Clinical Development, with responsibility for programs in the US, Europe and Japan. Dr. Feig brought several products from Phase I through marketing approval and has had key roles in worldwide in- and out-licensing and development of marketing strategies. His therapeutic areas of expertise, together with his associates, include cardiovascular, metabolic, neurology, psychiatry, gastroenterology, pediatrics, antiinfectives, clinical pharmacology, and many other special areas of drug, biologics, and medical device development.

During his prior academic career, Dr. Feig, in addition to his basic and clinical research, served as an investigator for numerous pharmaceutical trials and as a consultant to many pharmaceutical companies. He is a member of numerous scientific societies and has served as a scientific reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals. He has been the recipient of many public and private research grants and has authored or co-authored almost 100 original articles, reviews, book chapters and abstracts.
